Business operations in Australia

New and Used Car Sales

For new car sales in Australia, through the acquisition of Autopact Pty Ltd, the company acquired a business with 28 dealers, 35 brands and over 100 showrooms. We anticipate synergy with our existing used car sales business in Australia, OzCar Pty Ltd. Following the partial relaxation of regulations on used car imports, sales channels were developed by Nichibo through Global Carz Pty Ltd, including Auto Edge Australia Pty Ltd, wholesaler of imported used cars, and Car Empire Pty Ltd,a retailor to consumers.

Data and training services

Blue Flag Ltd provides automotive market related data tailored to the specific needs of businesses, such as OEM's and insurance companautoies through subscriber service to support their marketing and future planning. Blue Flag also offers sales training programs to various companies within the automotive market.

Logistics

Dolphin Shipping Australia Pty Ltd manages logistics for used cars imported from Japan and other countries. Autocare Services Pty Ltd, which we have recently decided to acquire, is a a fully integrated vehicle logistics solutions provider, offering nationwide logistics services for the storage and transportation of automobile OEM's products from ports to dealers' sales centres, as well as providing necessary maintenance during the proceses. With its logistics network extending across the countrywe anticipate further expansion of services to companies within the Group.
