Community Engagement

Our group is committed to fostering harmonious relationships with local communities and advancing a sustainable society where everyone can live safely, thrive, and fully express their unique talents and abilities.

In New Zealand, we have supported initiatives such as traffic safety workshops for children and youth baseball and rugby teams as a sponsoring member.

In Australia, through Autopact’s dedicated foundation, we actively contribute to medical and nursing facilities, provide meals via community kitchens, and support vulnerable groups including cancer patients, survivors of domestic violence, and children.

More recently, we have expanded our efforts to promote inclusivity and empowerment, supporting artists with disabilities and women in motorsports—creating opportunities for people of all genders, ages, and backgrounds to pursue their ambitions.

Our Commitment to Paralym Art

Since August 2024, we have been an official partner of Paralym Art, an initiative dedicated to promoting the social participation and financial independence of artists with disabilities. Through this partnership, we support artists in their creative endeavors while raising awareness to foster a more inclusive society.

As part of this initiative, we have selected two artworks that deeply resonate with our global business philosophy and are featured on our website.

I created this piece with the image of setting off on a journey from Earth by car, heading toward the Sun.
After traveling all around the world, I imagine that if we were to take off toward the Sun next, something fun and exciting might be waiting for us there.

Artist’s Comment

My work, Connected to the World, explores how we are all connected to people across the globe.
I created this piece with the idea that our connections go beyond race.
I hope that through this illustration, viewers can feel these connections and broaden their perspective of the world.

This initiative is organized by SHOUGAISHA JIRITSU SUISHIN KIKOU ASSOCIATION.

Participation and Support for Women in Motorsports

We proudly sponsor a competing team in the 2025 KYOJO CUP, a women’s motorsports event established in 2017 to create opportunities for women to take on challenges and excel in the world of motorsports. Today, the KYOJO CUP is recognised as one of Japan’s premier platforms for women in the sport and continues to evolve year after year.

The event’s concept aligns closely with our core values as a comprehensive automotive services company committed to embracing challenges and championing diversity. Through our ongoing involvement in initiatives like this, we aim to contribute to the creation of a diverse and sustainable society.

Well-being and Respect for Human Rights

At Optimus Group, we place a strong emphasis on well-being—particularly in the following areas—to create a fulfilling work environment where diverse individuals can thrive and where mutual respect for one another’s humanity is foundational. Each group company works to provide such environments across our operations.

In Japan, we also conduct regular employee surveys within our group companies to foster organizational development that contributes to both employee and company growth.

We focus on three key aspects of well-being:

・Career well-being: A state of healthy work–life balance
・Social well-being: Positive relationships with supervisors, colleagues, and team members
・Community well-being: A strong sense of satisfaction and belonging within the organization
